This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between BlockLayouts (“Licensor”) and the user (“Licensee”) accessing and using the WordPress blocks provided by the Licensor on the website blocklayouts.com (the “Website”).

1. License Grant

1.1 Free Blocks: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the free WordPress blocks & templates (the “Free Blocks”) provided on the Website for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.2 Premium Blocks: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the premium WordPress blocks & templates (the “Premium Blocks”) provided on the Website upon payment of the applicable fee, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

2.1 Free Blocks: Licensee may use, modify, and integrate the Free Blocks into their WordPress website(s) without any restrictions.

2.2 Premium Blocks: The licensee may use, modify, and integrate the Premium Blocks into their WordPress website(s) only for the duration of the license period, as specified in the purchase confirmation or license key, and subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

3.1 Licensee may not sublicense, sell, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Free Blocks or Premium Blocks, in whole or in part, to any third party.

3.2 The licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Free Blocks or Premium Blocks.

3.3 The licensee may not use the Free Blocks or Premium Blocks in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Support and Updates

4.1 Free Blocks: Licensor may, but is not obligated to, provide support and updates for the Free Blocks at its discretion.

4.2 Premium Blocks: The Licensor will provide support and updates for the Premium Blocks during the license period as specified in the purchase confirmation or license key.

5. Ownership

5.1 Free Blocks: The licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Free Blocks, including all intellectual property rights.

5.2 Premium Blocks: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Premium Blocks, including all intellectual property rights.

6. Termination

6.1 This Agreement will automatically terminate if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Free Blocks and Premium Blocks.

By using the Free Blocks or Premium Blocks, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
