Blocks License Agreement

This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between BlockLayouts (“Licensor”) and the user (“Licensee”) accessing and using the WordPress Patterns provided by the Licensor on the website blocklayouts.com (the “Website”).
1. License Grant
1.1 Free Patterns: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the free WordPress patterns & templates (the “Free Patterns”) provided on the Website for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 Premium Patterns: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the premium WordPress patterns & templates (the “Premium Patterns”) provided on the Website upon payment of the applicable fee, for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
2.1 Free Patterns: Licensee may use, modify, and integrate the Free Patterns into their WordPress website(s) without any restrictions.
2.2 Premium Patterns: Depending on the purchased plan, Licensee may use, modify, and integrate the Premium Patterns into their WordPress website(s) only for the duration of the license period, as specified in the purchase confirmation or license key, and subject to the restrictions outlined in this Agreement:
- • Personal Plan: License grants the right to use Premium Patterns on 1 website.
- • Business Plan: License grants the right to use Premium Patterns on up to 10 websites.
- • Agency Plan: License grants the right to use Premium Patterns on an unlimited number of websites.
3. Restrictions
3.1 Licensee may not sublicense, sell, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Free Patterns or Premium Patterns, in whole or in part, to any third party.
3.2 Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Free Patterns or Premium Patterns.
3.3 Licensee may not use the Free Patterns or Premium Patterns in any manner that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. Support and Updates
4.1 Free Patterns: Licensor may, but is not obligated to, provide support and updates for the Free Patterns at its discretion.
4.2 Premium Patterns: Licensor will provide support and updates for the Premium Patterns during the license period as specified in the purchase confirmation or license key. Support and update terms differ based on the plan:
- • Personal Plan: Standard email support and access to new patterns & templates.
- • Business Plan: Standard email support and access to new patterns & templates.
- • Agency Plan: Priority email support and access to new patterns & templates.
5. Ownership
5.1 Free Patterns: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Free Patterns, including all intellectual property rights.
5.2 Premium Patterns: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Premium Patterns, including all intellectual property rights.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 A 14-day money-back guarantee is available for the Premium Patterns. If Licensee is unsatisfied or encounters unresolved issues, they may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
7. Termination
7.1 This Agreement will automatically terminate if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Free Patterns and Premium Patterns.

By using the Free Patterns or Premium Patterns, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
